The main lounge is open to all La vita customers. Free Wifi provided (ask La Vita associate for the password). For any tobacco products bought outside the shop, there is a $20 cutting fee; You wouldn’t bring your own steak to a steakhouse, would you? The lounge is a communal space. Seating is first come first serve, and the TV operates on majority rule; i.e. if Mike, Dan, and Matt wants to watch the Cubs, while Steve wants to watch the latest episode of the Bachelor, then the Cubs will be played on the TV. Be mindful and respectful of those around you. If you cannot be respectful or mindful, you will be asked to leave.
Gambling of any kind is prohibited in the premises.
BYOB Policy: Any and all alcoholic beverages coming into the shop MUST be sealed/unopened and approved by a La Vita associate. Any and all alcoholic beverages leaving the shop MUST be re-sealed by a La Vita associate. NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone under the age of 21 cannot drink on premises, and if asked by La Vita associate, must provide a valid form of ID. Failure to procure identification will result in ejection from premises. No alcohol may not be consumed in the premises at any time between 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the following morning. Public intoxication is not permitted by this section and business owners and managers shall promptly eject persons who have become intoxicated, and, if necessary call the police promptly for assistance.
The purchase of tobacco products and accessories requires the buyer to be at least 21 years of age.
The premises is under 24 hour video and audio surveillance. Theft of any kind is not tolerated and will result in a lifetime ban and prosecution.
